The Thule 950 Zip Stick II has been upgraded and redesigned to stabilize bikes on the Thule 956 / 957 /958 Parkway series of hitch bike racks (all other Thule hitch mount bike carriers use the Thule 955 No-Sway cages). The 950 Zip Stick II acts as an extension between bike wheels that anchors them with straps so they is no swinging or swaying of bikes while in transit.
